So, I finally got around to organizing the "Barbara Cartland's Library of Love" books that I bought last month. This was a series of paperback books published in the late 1970s by Bantam where Barbara Cartland edited and condensed old romantic novels of previous decades, making the text more palatable to modern readers. In the past, I wasn't able to find a complete index of all titles in this series, since some of the later books did not have numbers on them.
FictionDB apparently doesn't have a list of them. The index on Goodreads is incomplete and out of numerical order. The most complete list I had found online was a comment made by Virginia DeMarce to a blog post, where she listed 26 books plus 3 unnumbered books.
However, I now know that there were at least 35 books in the series. It's possible that there were more, though. Below is my own attempt at an index.
When it gives a copyright year below, that is the first year of copyright as listed inside the book. When it says "originally published in" below, that means the first copyright year was not listed inside the book, and so I had to look up online to find out when the novel was originally published.
